Key Responsibilities:
Deliver unmatched customer service.
Review insurance contracts and documents to ascertain insurance entitlement.
Engage with policyholders, vendors, and brokers for claim details through various mediums.
Draft estimates for repair or replacement expenses.
Document findings, negotiate settlements, and revise case reserves as necessary.
Consistently and effectively communicate claim statuses to all involved parties.
Requirements
Active Adjusting License Required
Prior Adjusting Experience Preferred
FAA Part 107 Certification Preferred
